We are now seeking an experienced and passionate HR Coordinator to join our People and Impact team. This is a new fulltime role based in our Brisbane office. This is a truly rewarding role at an amazing company.

About Us
We are Australian Spatial Analytics, an award-winning non-profit social enterprise creating data solutions for an inclusive workforce. We exist to employ neurodiverse individuals previously locked out of employment to provide B2B professional data & digital engineering services to Federal and State Government Departments and Medium & Large enterprises.
In 2021, we won the Diversity Employer of the Year - Women in Digital Award and, more recently, the 2022 Lord Mayor's Business Award for Most Outstanding Social Enterprise.
Our team is comprised of over 100 people across three offices: our head office in Brisbane, 2nd office in Melbourne and our 3rd office in Cairns. This makes us one of Australia's largest work-integrated social enterprises (WISE), and we're only 3 years old!

About the Role
We currently have a new and exciting position available for a HR Coordinator which will be a pivotal role within our People and Impact team.
This fast-paced role, supporting an exciting period of growth and transition, will see you provide efficient and effective support to our national HR team on a range of HR activities supporting and working alongside our HR Business Partner. Key Accountabilities
- Offer a distinctive HR approach that leverages psychology and empathy, ensuring the diverse needs of the team are met, while fostering a workplace culture of inclusivity and understanding.
- Work closely with the P&I team to support day-to-day administration business case function through the employee lifecycle including some recruitment.
- Tackle complex HR challenges head-on, employing adaptability and innovation to address issues ranging from behaviour management to optimising neurodiverse employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and executive teams to contribute to the formulation of forward-looking HR strategies, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of progressive HR practices.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will address the following criteria:
- Demonstrated HR and administrative skills
- You take take pride in delivering to a high standard
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a HR Coordinator position or equivalent.
- You will be a people person, who is comfortable engaging with purpose driven individuals on a day-to-day basis
- Demonstrated experience in an HR and recruitment capacity
- An empathetic approach and a passion for inclusivity & empowerment
- A versatile and adaptable mindset
- Comfort in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A positive attitude
